William Penn takes third straight Blue Hen... NEW CASTLE - William Penn used a deep lineup to earn its third consecutive Blue Hen Conference wrestling title Saturday at William Penn High. The Colonials sent seven wrestlers to the finals and won four of them to finish with 276 points. William Penn had already clinched the title by the start of the championship finals. "We had a great first and second rounds," Colonials coach Marvin Dooley said. "We didn't have a good medal round, but we won the tournament in the first two rounds. We managed to get maximum points in the first round. We got seven guys in the finals, that's 70-plus bonus points."
